These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to the use of the “Holy QR Code” service, operated by EJCON GmbH, Schwarzwaldstraße 61, 79539 Lörrach, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”). Any deviating or supplementary terms of the customer shall not become part of the contract unless expressly accepted by the Provider.

2. Conclusion of Contract

Registration for “Holy QR Code” constitutes a binding offer by the customer to conclude a user agreement. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the registration by the Provider.

3. Services of the Provider

The Provider offers the customer the “Holy QR Code” platform for creating and managing QR codes. The scope of services depends on the selected subscription plan. The Provider reserves the right to make technical changes, further developments, or restrict certain functions.

Payment is made according to the payment methods provided by the Provider. In the event of payment default, the Provider reserves the right to suspend access to “Holy QR Code.”

8. Liability

The Provider is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. For slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

9. Data Protection

The Provider processes customers’ personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website. By using the service, the customer consents to the processing of their data as part of the service provision.

10. Changes to the T&C

The Provider reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Changes will be communicated to the customer in due time. Unless the customer objects within 14 days, the changes are deemed accepted.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the Provider’s registered office, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
